‘Inspiring Solutions’ was the theme of the 2024 Canadian Society of Professional Event Planners (CanSPEP) National Conference, held in Victoria, Bc, June 25-28.
Among three days of key note speakers, workshops, networking receptions, dinners hosted at local cider farms and marinas, YCB participated in the showcase event, connecting with planners one-on-one for a ‘speed dating’ round of introductions or updates from our destination.
The event comprised of 100 delegates, with an even split of suppliers/destinations and event planners from across Canada.
An online App was used for agenda, contact info sharing, gamification and as a virtual booth setup for the destinations, allowing links and documents to be easily accessed by all attendees.
